EMS shifting unit: the parallel flow

Logistics often have parallel flows with exchanges in compact environments.

In order to change direction without disturbing the cycle times, our transfer units are installed in the network.

The transport units then control the transfer unit in order to be redirected according to their mission.

Technical characteristics

Our shifting transfer units are a standard product but can be customized at no additional cost, making them economically attractive. You can change the following characteristics:

Number of rails on the moving part	2 or 3 rails
Travel speed of the transport unit in the transfer unit	20 m/min maximum
Position change time	2 to 5 seconds

Surface treatment	Painted or galvanized
Option	Motorized guiding on floor to shift fast without swinging.
